ABOUT PALADIN

At home at the workbench.

An interest in the material. An appreciation for the joint. A reason for every detail.

THE WORK & THE THINKING

Making things.
Making sense of the details.

Paladin Woodworks is a place for fine woodworking and the planning that supports it—from a small watch box to a cabinet built around what it holds.

The work begins with practical questions. How will this be used? How do the parts meet? What needs to be decided before the first cut?

That same curiosity shapes the tools here. The planner grew from a simple goal: make the repetitive parts of design easier, while leaving room for the decisions that make a piece your own.

A fuller maker biography and workshop photographs are coming. This is the beginning of the Paladin story.

01 / MATERIAL

Let the wood lead.

Grain, proportion, and the character of a board are part of the design from the beginning.

02 / CONSTRUCTION

Think through the fit.

The way parts connect deserves as much attention as the finished silhouette.

03 / PROCESS

Keep learning.

Sketch, model, make a test piece, and refine. The workshop is a place to work things out.
